 1 . CÁCH SỬ DỤNG
 It is running. It is sleeping. It is sitting.
- Dùng để chỉ một hành động đang diễn ra tại thời điểm nói.
 Ex: Listen! The bird is singing.
- Để chỉ một hành động được lên kế hoạch trong tương lai gần 
 đã được sắp xếp xong.
 Ex: They are playing tennis next week.
- Đứng cạnh từ “always” để diễn tả một hành động lặp đi lặp lại 
 thường xuyên gây khó chịu hoặc để chỉ một lời phàn nàn.
 Ex: He is always borrowing my pen. That is annoying!
- Chỉ hai hành động xảy ra song song ở hiện tại, thường có từ “while”.
 Ex: She is cooking dinner while her husband is watching TV now.
- Hành động có tính chất tạm thời.
 Ex: I often go to work by bus but today I am going by motorbike.

 Nếu động từ có công thức “1-1-1” (1 phụ âm + 1 nguyên âm + 
 1 phụ âm) thì gấp đôi phụ âm cuối rồi thêm đuôiing .
